Here are a few
things you will need to know if you plan on renting directly through Holiday
Surf & Racquet Club's rental program. Please call for further
information or if you have any questions regarding our policies. Please
note that not all policies are listed. This
page is meant to be a guide to help answer some of the questions you may
have. The information contained on this page may be changed at any given
time without notice.

- No rentals will be made to individuals under
the age of 25. Any reservations made under false pretenses will
be subject to forfeiture of lost rent and deposit, and the party will
not be permitted to check in.
- There is a 3 night minimum stay. (4th of
July weekend has a 4 night minimum.)
- Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is
10:00 AM. We cannot guarantee rooms to early arrivals.

- We try to honor requests for specific units but cannot guarantee
them.
- Cribs, rollaways, and highchairs are available
for rent.
- Rent is due upon arrival. We accept
Visa, MasterCard, cash, travelers checks. We must have a credit card
number to keep on file during your stay. We no longer accept
personal checks or Discover Card.
- Linen exchange is provided based on the number
of days you are staying. We do not provide extra linens so you
may want to bring your own beach towels.
- Cancellation:
At least 14 days notice is required for refund of your $200.00 deposit. There
is a $30.00 non refundable cancellation fee for all reservations.
Long term winter rentals must be cancelled by Sept. 1st for
refund of deposit. A 14-day notice is also required to make any changes
to your reservation including shortening your stay or changing units. You are responsible for payment of the days the unit is
booked. You may lengthen a stay if the days are available.
Reservations made less than 14 days in advance of arrival are considered a
guaranteed booking (no cancellations).
- All
confirmed units will be held until 12:00 noon the day following your
scheduled arrival date, after which the unit will be put back onto the
rental market unless rent has been paid in advance. If the unit
is not re-rented your deposit will be forfeited to the owner.
- We do not
accept pets.
- Location:
We are located on Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida. Turn south off Hwy.
98 onto Gulf Shore Drive at the stop light located at the west end of the
Shores Shopping Center and proceed to 510 Gulf Shore Drive. Once on
Gulf Shore Drive you will go through a light and two stop signs.
We are one mile down, on the left hand side. Just look for the sign.
- Upon
check-out we request that you load the dishwasher and remove all trash from
the unit. The cleaning fee is included in your rental fee, however,
there will be an additional charge for units left in unsatisfactory
condition.
- Beach chairs
and umbrellas are provided at no charge to guests rented through the Holiday
Surf & Racquet Club rental program. This set up includes 1 umbrella
and 2 chairs per day, per unit except for the day you are checking
out. Additional set ups can be rented if available. See the attendant on the beach. Beach service is only available to short term
rentals for specific dates.(March 1st - October 31st).
- Parking:
Parking is limited. If you have a boat, jet ski, trailer, etc see
the front desk for proper parking areas and passes. Each vehicle in your
party must get a parking pass. (During the month of July we do not have
sufficient parking for these extra vehicle attachments.)
- Security is
on the property during the evening hours and available for late
check-ins.

Tennis
courts are available from 8:00 AM till 10:00 PM. There is a sign up
sheet at the front desk. One hour per day per unit. You will
need to bring your own racquets and tennis balls if you plan to play tennis.

We have
saunas and exercise rooms. The keys are available at the front desk
until 10:00 PM.

All units on
our rental program have voice mail so that messages can be left for you. Each
unit has a direct number listed on your rental confirmation.
