620 was a dump, decor was tacky, furniture probably from goodwill,
Stove falling apart, 1 channel on tv, mold behind door in bathroom,
Very substandard for this complex. Twin beds terrible. This unit is not acceptable for rental. Not very clean. Complex as a whole was nice.

The condo we were in, 620, should not be available for rental in its current condition. A living room lamp did not work unless we reached behind the sofa to plug it in and the 2 front burners on the stove did not work. They both were repaired quickly but should have been working when we arrived. There are numerous things in 620 that are not up to Holiday standards based on previous visits. Mold in the master tub; dirty vent in the master bath; no dressers in the bedrooms (there is a dresser in the living room if you don't mind getting your underwear in the living room); the living room ceiling fan has to be plugged in to work by reaching behind the sofa and stretching an extension cord up to the fan plug which is at ceiling height; same with the light on over the dining room table except the outlet is high on the wall; the paint job is not professional; light switches that controlled nothing; we had to go thru 5 remotes to find the 2 that controlled the TV (one was missing batteries); an owl sitting in the new dry bar (which takes away a useful closet) is really a broken lamp with the cord wrapped around the base and the switch stuffed behind the owl; the mirror behind the sofa is cracked and we were told has been cracked for a long time; the towel hanging hooks shown in the photo are not there. We were told we would get a walk-thru with a manager but that did not happen. The resort as a whole is great, but 620 needs to be brought up to the high standards we have come to expect. My opinion is the unit gives the appearance that the owner is either financially unable to make the required updates or is a DIY'er that thinks the work is as easy as HGTV makes it look.

Kitchen well equipped. Nice appearance overall. Irritatingly unnecessary with no water on right side of master sink. Toilet needs repair. Stingy with toilet paper. Patio door squeaks loudly. The facilities free DVD`s are often horrible, just copies.Facility`s laundry service had no quarters or soap for more than 2 days. Nice grounds. Entire facility needs painting. Great beach. Nice staff.

We have been long time renters with Holiday Surf and Racquet Club starting back in 1993 (even longer if you count before we were married). We love the location and ease of staying here. This year was truly our only exception.
We started off our stay waiting one hour and fifteen minutes in your lobby with all our luggage because our room was not ready. I understand completely that you had a large amount of guests leaving that morning (7/8/17). We had driven thirteen hours straight only to be told they weren't sure when our room would be available!! A half an hour wait I could have possibly tolerated.....not one hour and fifteen!! Your management had to be aware of the large vacancies happening this Saturday morning. Poor planning in my opinion. Added to this disappointing start - the hot water in the master bedroom did not work. A burner on the stove did not work. And a very annoying squeaky sliding glass door to our patio. The coin changer in both laundry rooms were out of order the three times I did laundry. ( I heard numerous guests complaining about this). I highly recommend to the owner to get a dresser in the master bedroom - we only had small bedside drawers, that were not nearly adequate. I ended up keeping my luggage in my suitcase our entire trip.
So...again we really do enjoy HSR Club or we wouldn't keep coming back year after year - we even have multiple family members that rent condos also.

I have been staying at this property since I was about 12 years old, I am getting ready to turn 40 this year. This place is a dream! The property description is accurate and can you get any better than right on the ocean? The amenities are amazing, two free dvds per night makes for great family time! Our property and the unit was completely clean and our unit had been remodeled, and was super beachy!! I didn't deal with the owner or manager. The only problem that we had the entire time was our two large burners on the stove didn't work and the other shower in the 2nd bathroom didn't work, so we had to squeeze into one bathroom just like at home. I would recommend this place to family and friends, we have always had wonderful memories here and continue to do so to this day. We love that we are so close to everything on the strip at Hwy 98 including our favorite beach restaurant The Back Porch!!

Overall stay was good. Condo wasn't the cleanest, furniture had stains. Switch on AC was broke, but condo was nice & cool. Maintenance man that can to checked the switch and electric plugs was awesome. Staff at check in were rude.
