 How do I make a reservation?

You can either make a booking directly on this website by using the "check availability box" to the left. Or you can call our office at 800.833.6108 and a reservationist will be glad to help you.  A deposit of $333.50 is required to confirm a reservation and the remaining balance is due upon arrival.  If you receive an error message please contact us.


Is booking online secure?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order. We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our payment gateway providers database. It will only be accessible by those authorized with special rights to such systems. They are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.


What is the purpose of the guest rental agreement and how can I send it back?

The guest rental agreement is required to verify your reservation.  The purpose of this agreement is to ensure proper communication of the HSRC guidelines and policies.  Without this form, there may be multiple incorrect non-refundable charges applied to your reservation. It is important that we receive this form within 10 days that your reservation is created.  


IMPORTANT: Payment for CSA Travel Insurance is locked in 10 days after purchase. If you made payment for the insurance during the time of deposit, and you DO NOT want CSA Travel Insurance please contact our front desk immediately as we will be unable to refund your payment after the the 10 day period. 


If you have any questions please call our office at (800) 833-6108 to speak with a reservationist as soon as possible so we may ensure your reservation is secured and payment totals are correct.


The guest rental agreement may be emailed, faxed, or mailed back.  Electronic signatures are available via Adobe Reader.


Is smoking allowed?

Please observe "No Smoking" signs - Florida law.  HSRC is a non-smoking facility.  This includes units, balconies, walk-ways, pool area, tennis courts, and shuffleboard area.  $250 fine may be assessed if evidence of smoking is found in the unit.  To appease all guests, the designated smoking areas include: BBQ grill areas and beach.


Can I bring my pet with me?

Pets are not allowed. If evidence of a pet is found inside a unit or on the premises, you will be vacated immediately with no refund of rental payments. An additional charge of $250 will be assessed for cleaning, disinfecting and professional flea treatment.
