Rules and Policies

THE RESPONSIBLE BOOKING PARTY MUST BE AGED 25 OR OVER AT TIME OF CHECK IN. UNFORTUNATELY, WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE ANY EXCEPTIONS TO THIS RULE. ID WILL BE VERIFIED AT CHECK IN AND IF THERE IS NO-ONE OF THIS AGE IN YOUR PARTY, WE WILL REFUSE ACCESS AND NO REFUND WILL BE MADE

Cancellation of Reservation

Reservations cancelled within 24 hours of making reservation will receive a full refund.

Holiday Surf and Racquet Club will process cancellations and refund monies received, up to (31 days) prior to arrival date, for short term reservations. Those reservations would pay a cancellation fee of: $75 cancellation fee and a $50 processing fee. This amount will be deducted from the initial deposit/payment. All fees are subject to local and state tax.

Canceling a reservation inside the (30) day timeframe, prior to arrival date, will result in forfeiture of all monies received Reservations that are made less than (30) days prior to arrival date are nonrefundable. Long term guests (over 30 day stay) must cancel at least (60) days prior to arrival date. *Please note the cancellation information, if you have chosen CSA Travel Insurance. (below)

All no-show reservations will forfeit all paid amounts and the reservation will be cancelled by 10 a.m. the following day. Inclement weather or early departures do not warrant a refund. Mandatory evacuations will result in rescheduling reservation to be booked within 1 annual year from date of current arrival. Rates for those dates will reflect the current rate for that time of year.

Rules

Rule #1: Please observe “No Smoking” signs – Florida law. This rule pertains to any/all types of smoking including E-Cigarettes. HSRC is a nonsmoking facility this includes units, balconies, breezeways, pool area, tennis courts, shuffleboard area, beach boardwalk, and beach. $250 fine may be assessed if evidence of smoking found. Designated smoking areas: area outside of West lobby door and Chair by storage boxes (Beach).

Rule #2: Balcony lights have been retrofitted to be Turtle Friendly and should be turned off at 9pm between the months of May and October for sea turtle nesting season. Blinds and drapes should be closed to limit the light that escapes the interior of the unit at night.

Rule #3: Loud music, offensive language, or other discourteous actions are prohibited. Owner and rental guests are responsible for the actions of their children and friends. Our quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM daily.

Rule #4: Ball tossing, Frisbees, playing or running on or in the parking lot, walkways, corridors, elevators, lobby, stairways, or court yard of Holiday Surf and Racquet Club condominium is not permitted and the use of roller skates, roller blades, skate boards, hover boards, bicycles, or fireworks on association property is prohibited.

Rule #5: Do not obstruct walkways with personal belongings or trash. Hanging any items from balconies or windows is strictly prohibited. Throwing anything off of balconies is a FELONY OFFENSE. Violators will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the Law, and will be subject to immediate eviction.

Rule #6: BBQ grill areas are located in the parking lot. Cooking and grills are prohibited on balconies, walkways, and in the courtyard.

Rule #7: Trash must be deposited in the dumpsters located at either side of the parking area. Leaving trash in parking lot, walkways, corridors, elevators, lobby, stairways, or court yard is strictly prohibited. Please do not litter; trash containers are located throughout the complex.

Rule #8: Pool hours are from 9AM until 10PM – No lifeguard on duty. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. No diving. Please do not swim alone. Swimsuits are required, No cut-offs or diapers; no glass or running in the pool area; no food or drink within four feet of or in the pool. No reserving pool chairs; do not remove pool furniture from the pool area.

Rule #9: Tennis/pickle ball court hours are from 8AM until dark. Tennis shoes, t-shirts, and shorts are required. No hard heel/sole shoes or bare feet. One hour per unit. Courts are to be used for tennis or pickle ball only and they are closed when wet. 

Rule #10: Parking in our lot is by permit/pass only and permit/pass must be displayed at all times. Parking in designated parking spaces only; speed limit is 5MPH and pedestrians have the right of way. There may be a daily charge for additional vehicles depending upon availability. 

Rule #11: Please help keep our beaches “beautiful and healthy”; do not litter, abuse the sea oats or destroy our sand dunes. Dogs, glass containers, and motor vehicles are not allowed on the beach. It’s not only the policy, it’s the law.

Rule #12: Guest pets are not permitted. We are proud to offer a pet free environment for our guests. There is a $250 fee if evidence of a pet is found.

Rule #13: Beach rules: We have a “Leave No Trace” ordinance. Please be mindful to dispose of all trash prior to leaving the beach. No glass containers are allowed. March - April Spring Break has a no alcohol on the beach law in effect. **Canopies and/or tents are not allowed on our beach for safety reasons. 

Other Important Information about on-site managed units (all units shown under rentals tab)

Unit Capacity: (1) bedroom condo sleeps a max of 4 people. (2) bedroom condo sleeps a max of 6 people. Some condos do allow for more or less sleeping accommodations and is at the discretion of the owner. Please check for further details.

Beach Chair: Short term rentals (stays 14 days and under) have (1) complimentary beach set up for (1) set of beach chairs and umbrella per unit for stays March 1 - October 31.
