Newly remodeled 2nd bath has matching oversized farm style vanity with black matte fixtures and a brand new tub and marble tile surround featuring a beautiful blue glass niche which leaves you daydreaming about the pristine Destin gulf ocean water! Luckily Unit 112 has exclusive access to the pool area and beach through its private ground floor patio, so no waiting on elevators or lugging your bags up and down stairs to get your toes in the water!

Living room continues the luxurious coastal feel with plush sleeper sofa, oversized love seat, comfy pillows, large flat screen TV with DVD / cable, new designer light features, and beautiful glass dining table surrounded by solid wood Pottery Barn benches and chairs.

The patio features new bar height table and chairs waiting for you to soak in the Destin sun and ocean breeze! The convenience of being STEPS from the pool for quick breaks inside the condo cannot be overstated! Condo can comfortably sleep 8 when including the pullout sofa in the living room! Rooms are set up to be either the perfect getaway for two couples OR families that want to take advantage of the extra space saving Twin bunk in 2nd room and sleeper sofa in the living room. Great Vacation @ Wonderful Resort!

Amazing beaches

Unit 112

We really like this property and have been here several times. This was our first time in unit 112. The condo was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The staff was wonderful as always. The fridge and dishwasher could be updated. The king bed felt a bit worn as well. None of these affected our enjoyment as we had a wonderful time in Destin for Spring Break!

Great family getaway

This condo was exactly as described on VRBO. We loved that it was ground floor. We were able to park just outside our door and walk right out to the pool from the patio doors. The kitchen is well stocked. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds. Highly recommend!

Anniversary get away

Nice two bedroom two bath condo, clean , short walk to the beautiful beach on the board walk . Seen dolphins from the beach daily ❤️ Only thing negative is that you can’t see the ocean from the condo as it is on the first floor. And the mattresses could use updated ,felt worn down . Enjoyed our stay , would stay here again . Very nice area as it is away from busy downtown but still close enough for dinner or activities .

My getto destin vacation experience

Well let me just say this ....we have visited surf and racquet club in Destin For the past 5 years !!!!which we have loved and revisited two times a year ...however this visit was much different then our recent visits to Destin .there was a lack of parental guidance at the pool with under age kids and horse play in the pool with no security to be found .The types of people they are allowing to visit this resort is definitely unlike it has been in the past .being from Brooklyn New York ,I leave the area to visit Destin to get away from all the noise and craziness however ,during this visit there were large speakers carried by the guest near the pool area each and every day and night playing loud music which was innaproate for everyone sitting at the pool to endure .even after security was requested to ask our fellow guest to turn the music down nothing was done .. and as for the rough house play in the pool as our 3 year old swam,I worried for her safety .. mind you ,this went on every day for 7 days .there was trash left on on the beach ,which was left by the very people who were playing the loud music..will the beach club continue to allow this innaproate behavior and allow people not to follow the rules that the majority of us follow ? And those who don’t follow the rules allowed to visit ..!!!
