This is a great place to stay and the location is perfect! Keep in mind that if you stay in this particular unit that it is NOT attached to the main building and will not have a beach view.

Overall Comment
The condo was just as pictured. We liked not having others around. To us it was worth giving up the beach view. It’s just a walk through lobby and you are at the beach. Private beach with chairs and umbrellas were great too. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect quite unit

We loved this unit!!! It is detached from the building and has a great private fenced patio with table & chairs, grill and sunbathing lounge chair. It is larger than the other 1 bedroom units and has a second full bath. Bed was super comfortable but is a queen(only negative about the unit). Well stocked open kitchen. Full size washer/dryer in unit was great and none of the other units we stayed in had them but the property does have a laundry room.

The unit worked for our needs this trip. Plenty space and comfortable. But I wouldn’t rent that specific unit again. The porch is smack in the middle of the parking lot and is not as private as it looked in pictures. The cookware was horrible, I’d suggest the owner provide some new pots and pans. The pool was kinda lame.

Return trip to Destin and the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. Overall happy with the experience. We did notice the unit (1a) we stayed in was showing a few signs of wear and tear. Lots of rust in the shower bars and freezer. The ice maker only made a minimal amount of ice. Love the location though. Excited to see the ramp construction to the beach.

It was good. The condo was clean and looked just like viewed on-line. Well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, nice to have washer/dryer in unit and two bathrooms. Enjoyed the private patio. Suggestions: More lighting in LR and an easy chair/ recliner; some lawn chairs w/arms on patio. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice unit, convenient and separated from the main building. Easy parking, no steps or elevator to deal with. Clean. Only suggestion is to place some functional lighting on the sidewalk going into the unit. Landscape lighting was not working and we could not see .

We had a great time. We are a family of 4 and it was just the right size. We were glad it had 2 bathrooms and the boys took the sofa and the pull out bed. This unit is by itself but it was nice we could park and go in the back door. It was also a short walk to the beach. It was easy to go back for something if you had to. The beach was beautiful. It was not that crowded and we loved that it came with two chairs and an umbrella. We will be back!
