Completely renovated and appointed with all LUXURY HIGH END custom finishes and decor. The ONLY unit in the building with a built in fireplace, raised ceiling in the kitchen, a beach bar with beverage fridge and a suspended steel shark! Even the shower ceiling in this unit was raised so our tallest guests will feel the spa like experience. From the trim work and custom designed lighting to the color scheme, the DETAILS in this unit will blow you away!
The location of the unit is perfection and super convenient! The incredible GULF VIEW is visible from nearly every point in the unit! You will feel as though you are just above the dunes and a stones throw from the rolling waves. Only 1 unit from the end, this one feels very private and it’s directly across from the stairs so with only 1 flight there is no need to wait for the elevator or trek the property. You can easily go to the beach for a moonlight stroll or a sunrise and have direct access to the gulf in seconds without the hassle, but the best part is you can watch the dolphins play and see the rolling waves without ever leaving the couch! It’s truly an experience in 202 Deja Blu!
Everything was designed for your comfort. From the high end mattresses, designer furnishings down to the ample seating and abundance of kitchen items, you’ll have everything you need to feel at home. The setup is ideal for a couples getaway as BOTH bedrooms feature plush KING size beds and 65” smart TV’s. The sofa is a sleeper in case there is an extra need. The Gulf facing bedroom suite features a coastal canopy bed and a drop dead gorgeous spa shower with frameless glass, rain head and a handheld, and controls that can be turned on BEFORE you enter the shower.
The second bedroom is gorgeous, and the bed is so comfy you won’t want to leave. The second bathroom features a farmhouse sink, glass mosaic tile, and deep soaking tub with frameless glass!
The unique board and batten trim work, shiplap, and custom mural of the Destin Gulf take this unit “NEXT LEVEL” and beyond! The living and dining rooms are incredible! There is a comfortable L shaped sectional that gives everyone a perfect view of the Gulf, and the built in electric fireplace that works via remote and can change colors to accent the seashells and seaglass inside. Imagine your Christmas vacation here where you can hang your stocking on the custom mantle, or just create a relaxing ambience as you sit just above the shoreline watching the surf.
Perfect for entertaining or interacting with your loved ones, there are 4 counter stools at the kitchen island/bar, and a large reclaimed wood dining table that seats 8 and is highlighted by a beautiful custom chandelier, on a dimmer switch to provide the perfect ambience for your seaside dinners. The fully stocked kitchen is beautiful! You can see the gulf from the sink or the stools. The ceiling was raised to allow for a custom shark chandelier that is truly one of a kind! From the high end Kitchenaid stainless steel appliances, to the Kitchenaid stand mixer (and hand mixer), to the coffee pot that brews both a full pot or Kcups, you’ll have everything you need to make yourself feel at home. There is even a crockpot so you can have dinner waiting when you return from the beach.
The Balcony is a front row seat to experience the beach, and the furniture is modular to give you plenty of dining/seating options without blocking your view from inside! The rail huggers push together and create a full size dining table that seats 8, or use a couple stools in front of the lifeguard chairs to create a lounge chair! For your convenience there is a storage closet right outside the front door to keep your beach gear! The placement of this unit even gives you a GULF VIEW not only from the balcony, but also from the FRONT door!

Perfect Condo, Perfect Location, a MUST STAY.

Lets start where most places fail The Front desk. Smiling friendly faces greet you as you enter. The sound of laughter is always feeling the air giving you that family feeling that you are at the right place. Parking is easy to find near you unit. The Pool is wonderful and the walk to the beach is short. If it has a Beach we have been there and let me tell you Destin has one of the top five beaches in THE WORLD. Perfectly clear water with plenty of sand bars to just chill in. Our unit was amazing. It looked newly remolded and the kitchen was adorable. How About this the TV worked for those late night binge watching on Netflix or your choice which was all included in our unit. The Big was huge and I slept like log. The AC would freeze you out and I am hot natured. I give this place and our stay 5 stars. Now the great part is the location. Two miles either way from the main road red light which is one mile from the resort you can find anything your heart desires and I mean anything. Steak, seafood, and everything in between. If you want a true get away this is for you. We will forever remember our free beach chairs and umbrella and the endless hours just my beautiful and myself walking and playing in the water like kids. The cost for this location is a steal. Thanks for the beautiful week and we will see you soon.

Another Great Stay!

Our family of 5 stayed here for a week in August 2023. Great place! We had a unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Balcony overlooks the sugary white sand and emerald waters. We were right next to the beach! But away from the traffic and crowd. This is our second year. Definitely coming back!

This stay was amazing. I am a clean freak and this place was immaculate. Quick access to pool and beach. Felt like home so much so I didn’t want to leave lol. Would highly recommend. I’ll be staying again!

I brought my kids here for several years in the early 2000s and we loved it! The women in my family go on an annual beach trip every year and I suggested we visit HS&R Club!
