Holiday Surf and Racquet Unit 209

Renovated in May 2023, this stunning beach getaway features a luxury kitchen and bathroom, along with hardwood flooring throughout, new doors, and fresh paint. Breathtaking Gulf views can be enjoyed while preparing dinner in the kitchen or relaxing on the couch and watching your favorite shows.

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, including a Keurig coffee maker for your morning coffee—perfect after enjoying fresh seafood caught right off the beach at Holiday Surf. This 1-bedroom beachside retreat offers two comfortable queen beds in the bedroom and a fabric sofa sleeper in the living room—perfect for up to six guests. The living room includes a ceiling fan and a 42” TV with a DVD player, while the bedroom also features a ceiling fan and a 42” TV with a DVD player for added comfort and entertainment. The beautifully updated bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a tall toilet for added convenience.

The location of this condo is ideal for listening to the waves and watching dolphins from the covered balcony. Step out the front entrance and walk down just one flight of stairs to access your car, outdoor grills, the pool, or the short pathway leading directly to the beach.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

Notice: Per HIIA PCRs, Section 4.5(f), tents are not allowed on Holiday Isle.
1) Umbrellas such as the type used for shading the sun on the beach are permitted but must not remain erected unless used. The diameter cannot be greater than 8 ft. Under no circumstances shall umbrellas be left overnight on the beaches of Holiday Isle.

Holiday Isle is a peaceful oasis in the heart of Destin, with quiet paved trails perfect for walking or biking. You’re minutes from restaurants, shopping, fishing, golf, and all the excitement Destin is known for. Wander the beach to the jetties—where the Gulf meets Destin Harbor—for iconic snorkeling, fishing, and boat-watching. And just nearby, Destin Commons offers kid-friendly fun with splash fountains, a pirate playground, a mini-train, and 75+ shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful experience during our second stay at the HSRC. The staff was all so nice and helpful. The condo felt clean and spacious. The location is great, in regards to the beach + pool, but also close proximity to many restaurants and stores. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic saty in 209 !

We stayed in 209 for 4 nights and had a wonderful trip. The condo was super clean and the beds were very comfortable. The remodeled kitchen and bathroom were lovely and the furniture was very comfortable. The second floor view is really great and it is super easy to get to the beach or the parking lot from the stairs without using the elevators. We definitely would stay in 209 again.

Perfect family vacation spot

I’ve never had a bad experience at Holiday Surf & Racquet. The only problem we had with unit 209 is the toilet did not flush properly. We contacted maintenance and they came, but it still did not work as it should. Other than that everything was great as always.

Thank you for reviewing our property. Unit 209 was recently renovated and we have contacted the contractor in regards to the toilet. We hope to see you again soon!

Best Beach Ever!

Our room choices were limited bc we decided to go last minute and most of the lower floor 1BR condos were already rented.(Snowbirds) But our condo was nice and comfy and we had a great few days. Julian was just great as usual and the weather was very nice. Going back in May and cannot wait! HSRC never disappoints!

Great Week in a Great Place

Completely enjoyed my time at the Racquet Club. Clean atmosphere, easy beach access, and overall just quiet. I did however feel like the maintenance man who took care of the pool in the mornings was less than polite and almost rude.

Excellent Stay!

Everything was as advertised. The location was perfect. The property had a quiet, private vibe to it, especially on the beach. Our family went during spring break and it was awesome that everything was only minutes away, yet while on the property you didn't deal with the crowds you did everywhere else.

Awesome Stay!

Everything about our stay was exceptional especially Scott and the beach service. The front desk personnel we encountered were very helpful and pleasant. The unit we stayed in was disappointing as it reminded us of the units as they were 15 years ago.
