We loved our accommodations.
There was just the 2 of us.
The view was awesome! The room was very clean!
The young man at the front desk went out of his way to help us with the room and finding restaurants in town.

The unit was perfect! Super close to the stairs (we’re stair people) and had a great view! We cannot wait to come back! Check in was super easy and the proximity to the beach was wonderful! 10/10!

Not our first stay at HSRC, but our first stay in 303. It was a nice unit with a beautiful view. The room is right beside the stairs so it’s an easy 2 flights up and down to get to the pool, beach or your car. If you need an elevator, it’s a long ways away. The unit was nicely decorated and clean. I slept incredible on the bed closest to the windows, the other one wasn’t as comfortable. Also, the shower pressure in the shower was wonderful! The living room did feel a little crowded and made it hard to get into the dining room seats. The kitchen was missing frying pans, but when I called to the office they had a brand new set waiting for us. They now need some utensils that won’t scratch though, or they’ll be ruined.
Overall it was a nice stay. We’ll be excited to try out another unit on our next trip. We love the location and amenities of HSRC and will definitely be back.

We went there for my honey's birthday. We could not have asked for a better experience. The condo was clean, beautiful view, close to beach, amazing staff and we saw dolphins!!!! This is the first time in all my years I booked a trip totally myself and Holiday Surf and Racquet Club made it a home run. =

Once we overcame the check in hurdles, everything was fine. We arrived at about 3:40 to check-in and were told our room was not ready. We waited close to an hour in the lobby. The office staff was obnoxiously loud, singing, and generally having a great time as if they were at a party instead of a place of business. I could hear everything they were saying from across the lobby. I overheard one ask why we were waiting. That is when they realized that our room was ready and we were waiting for nothing. Maybe we would not have had to wait if they had been more acting more professional.

We had a great stay at Holiday Surf ! We had no issues and love the private balcony to each room. Everything was clean as we expected. It would be great if the site had a laundry facility , would be my only wish we had a moment. Enjoyed our stay, location was close to everything

Easy check in and out process. The room was as expected and we picked this unit because of the double queen beds in the bedroom. We had a great view of the gulf and it was a quick walk to the beach. Our kids enjoyed playing tennis, shuffleboard, and of course swimming in the pool. We also picked this property because it is not a high rise and the beach did not feel crowded. Our only negative was when the AC would kick on, it was loud and would wake us up. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely come back to this property.

We had an excellent experience with the staff. Condo was ready and was to our expectations. Grounds were kept very clean. Pool was very clean. Down fall was the plywood ramps on each floor that allowed you to get your luggage carts up. Very unappealing. Work out room was nice and laundry areas were very nice. Parking was easy and we never had a problem finding a spot. I loved the entry code used to get into the condo instead of keys, it made it easy for the whole family. It was also nice that there was shuffleboard and tennis courts. It would be nice if they could add a small basketball court for teenagers.

My husband and I had a wonderful trip to Destin in September 2021. We were in unit #303 and were very pleased with it. The only complaints we had were 1. the pans in the kitchen need to be replaced, they were very old and too small. 2. There wasn't much silverware, worked out okay since it was just the two of us. 3. microwave handle was broken and 4.the dishwasher door wasn't hanging correctly, but everything worked.

We had a wonderful stay in Florida. The Complex has everything you need. The weather was beautiful for our entire stay. Front desk staff was very helpful. The only downfall was at the time of our stay, was the Laundry Facility only had 3 washers to utilize with the other 3 being out of order. Overall the experience was great!

Better than expected! Clean, nice decor, comfortable beds, everything in working order. Family that stayed in other units said our condo was so nice. Worst part would be the walk around to get to elevators, but the view was great!

We love each rental we have stayed in at Holiday Surf! Each one has the owner's personal style reflected. We really enjoyed the two queen beds in the bedroom. I traveled with, my mother and my teenage daughters. We had tons of fun being in the same bedroom but having separate beds. Location was great, beach service was great, parking was great!

Property is in a great location on the beach and near great restaurants and activities. This is good for families as well as couples. The unit was very clean and a beautiful view of the beach located on the beachside. I would recommend taking extra towels/bath cloths along with beach towels. There are only certain days you can get clean linens, and this unit does not have washer/dryer. It is located on another floor.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Great beach access (less than 5min walk). Really enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella as well as paddle boarding! Clean space. Bedding and appliances could use an update, but this wouldn’t keep me from staying here again.
