Conveniently located in the heart of Destin, Unit 324 offers comfort, style, and thoughtful amenities for a relaxing beach vacation.

This spacious condo comfortably accommodates up to six guests and features tile flooring in the living room, with hardwood floors throughout the rest of the unit. The inviting living area includes a comfortable fabric couch with a sofa sleeper, a ceiling fan, and a 42-inch TV with a DVD player—ideal for unwinding after a day on the beach. The well-equipped kitchen makes dining easy and enjoyable, offering both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig to suit every coffee preference. The dining table seats six, with additional bar seating at the kitchen counter for casual meals or conversation. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a ceiling fan, along with a private bathroom that includes a tub. The guest bedroom offers two twin beds and a ceiling fan, with convenient access to the guest bathroom, which also features a tub.

Step out onto your private balcony to take in sweeping views of Destin’s pristine beaches and emerald waters. Whether you’re enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset over the Gulf, the scenery provides the perfect backdrop for relaxation.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

1) Umbrellas such as the type used for shading the sun on the beach are permitted but must not remain erected unless used. The diameter cannot be greater than 8 ft. Under no circumstances shall umbrellas be left overnight on the beaches of Holiday Isle.

Good weekend

The weekend was very nice
Our condo was comfortable
The kitchen could have a few more supplies like the coffee pot didn’t have the coffee basket
The front office could have been a bit more understanding
It would be nice to have garbage drop stations on both sides of the building
The elevator areas were very hotel

Great Location and Beautiful View!

We loved our stay! The condo was very clean and located on the 3rd floor giving us a great view of the gulf and dolphins swimming by every morning. This is an end unit so great for privacy when sitting on the balcony to enjoy the view. The size isnt huge, but fit our group of 4 perfectly. No washer/dryer but we had a short stay so we didn't need it. Location is great and a short drive to lots of activities and grocery store.

Beautiful beach, great location.

Been vacationing here since 2008, never any major problems. This time we could hear loud guests and could smell cigarette smoke, which is against the house rules, would be great if everyone would respect the rules. Very happy to have Hebert's meat market so close by, really nice having Louisiana food available while away from home!!!
