This was our 30th year to stay. Didn’t disappoint! All the staff are great at what they do. We had to call the front desk because we didn’t have a pod coffee maker. Within 10 minutes we had one! Thank you Alex! Will definitely be back next year! Our room was spotless. Thanks again for another great stay!

My family and our friends stayed in this unit with our 3 children. It was a great experience overall. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the beach service, it made things a lot easier with children.

As always it was a great experience. The night custodian went above and beyond to help us out when we were leaving. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The only inconvenience we had was a burnt out light bulb above the kitchen sink.

The condo was clean, and we were able to check in early when our flight was changed. Super easy check in/out. The beach attendants were very helpful finding us chairs. I would definitely stay again. This property is an a excellent spot, and close to good restaurants.

This rental was clean and had a great view. This is our 4th stay at the Holiday Surf and racquet club and we love the location. Great beaches, family friendly atmosphere. The only thing that would keep us from renting this particular condo again was that the beds were very uncomfortable. I would recommend purchasing new mattress for 505.

Great value! It’s difficult to find a rental that is geared toward adults only. Rental 505 has a king and queen with sofa bed. Other resorts were just too expensive that we found with this set up. The unit was clean and beds slept well. View is amazing and we will be back!

We loved everything about the condo including the beach access and chair set up. Staff was great, building well cared for and clean. The condo itself is nicely decorated, great layout and great view of the gulf. Looked recently freshened up with paint, beds comfortable, kitchen has just about any thing you need for cooking. Only negative I had were the bathrooms, they need to be updated. At very least the caulk/grout in tubs should be replaced. Mold is inevitable in that environment but its an easy update. It wasn't a show stopper because the place really was very clean, great location, lots of restaurants to choose from (we recommend LuLus and Rockin Tacos (just over in Fort Walton) for eats. Sit on the balcony enjoy a beverage and listen to the waves. We'd stay here again.

We have stayed at this location twice now. We love staying at this location. The condo we stayed at this time could use a little updating ( bathroom especially) but overall clean and decorated cute. As far and the facility Holiday Surf and Racquet Club we love it!

Everything was as expected. We had a great stay in Destin. Condo was well-supplied and in good condition. We enjoyed the daily chair/umbrella service as well. Front desk staff was kind and helpful.

The unit has a nice layout and is very open. The view from the balcony was amazing and loved drinking my coffee on it each morning and watching the dolphins. The staff was very friendly. We used the grills one night which are cleaned daily and that was a lot of fun eating outside. As far as the unit, the only suggested improvements are buying new pillows for the master bedroom as they are very flat, replacing one of the lamp shades near the couch that was only hanging by a clip, and putting real blinds in the master bedroom vs paper shades. I had forgotten from growing up on the east coast just how bright it is early in the morning. Other than that, this unit is VERY nice.

We arrived very early in the morning, 4:30am to be exact. The night staff was very friendly and helpful since the desk didn't open until 7:00am. We arrived to find the rental in good condition and comfortable overall. The Condo is definitely used but nothing was dirty or broken, it just gets a lot of use. The resort was very family friendly and well cared for.

The location is great and the beach is awesome. The unit was well appointed with nice furniture. Only complaint was that some things were broken. There was a paper cover over the bedroom window that you had to fold up slowly and hold with some clips. Also some instructions on how to use the TV and DVD would have saved us some time figuring it out.

Great stay in Destin

Our second visit to Destin was chilly, but our accommodations were great! We find Holiday Surf and Racquet Club a perfect spot, right on the water with breathtaking ocean views. You can see the dolphins go by every day. The room was super comfortable for three adults -- you could fit a couple more -- and it was nice to have the big flat screen TVs for viewing the NCAA basketball tournament. Yes, it was cold this week, but we walked the beach every day and the pool was warm enough to swim. It's nice to be tucked back off the busy main drag way. We will definitely return.
