The living room is made for unwinding after a day in the sun, featuring a comfortable sleeper sofa, a wicker loveseat, a ceiling fan for added comfort, and a large 65” TV for movie nights or lazy afternoons indoors.

The kitchen is fully equipped for easy vacation meals and morning routines, complete with both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig, along with the essential cookware and basics you need to feel right at home.

The primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, and 50” TV. Its connected en-suite bathroom feels fresh and spa-like with a beautifully finished walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is ideal for additional family or friends, offering two twin beds, a ceiling fan, and a 32” TV. A second full bathroom with a tub provides added convenience for guests and families alike. In total, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests.

Just outside your door, the property makes beach days effortless and fun. Spend your mornings by the pool, or head over to the tennis and pickleball courts where equipment is available at the front desk. A scenic boardwalk leads you straight to the beach, making it easy to move between the water, sand, and your private retreat throughout the day.

Beach service is included during peak season (March 1–October 31), with two beach chairs and one umbrella set up daily by attendants—so you can simply arrive and relax. Additional chairs and umbrellas are also available for rent if you need extra space for your group.

For longer stays or sandy adventures, the property offers two convenient on-site laundry rooms with pay-per-use machines, along with scheduled towel exchange days to keep everything fresh and easy.

We had the most wonderful time at condo 520 at the Holiday Surf and Raquet club! It was recently remodeled and was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures! The property was very clean and the view from our balcony was amazing! This was our first time visiting Destin and we loved the area! So many great restaurants! So many places to walk close to our condo! Our favorite by far was walking to the Norieggo point beach! We also enjoyed the Harborwalk in Destin! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of visiting Destin!

Great location

Our first time at property. Great location,we liked the property. But our condo #520 was very outdated. Mold on ceilings,buckled tile in bathroom. Wood doors warped,patio furniture rusted and about fell out of chair. We will return,but not in #520.we were offered to move,but would have to move twice-not convenient

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

We loved the Holiday Surf & Racquet Club & the staff. We will come back, but will stay in a different unit. The beds need updating in this condo, and their is not enough seating on the balcony. My main concern is the mold on the ceiling and the air conditioner vents. I had to give 5 stars for the property being clean because it was very clean other than the mold on the ceiling and vents.

Nice condo, could use some updating

This was a nice condo but could use some updating in a few areas. The mattresses in both bedrooms seriously need replacing, very uncomfortable. Cookware in the kitchen could use updating as well. Otherwise the condo was clean, very nice, TVs, Wi-Fi we’re great. We enjoyed our stay here.

needs some TLC

I liked the location of the condo in the complex. There are some nice amenities. However, this condo needs some TLC: no toilet paper holder in the master, range drawer broken and would not close correctly, second bath desperately needs a new shower head, the bed on the left as you walk into the second bedroom needs replacing - it is EXTREMLY noisy you cant roll over without everyone in the condo hearing it, the outlet on the wall in the dining room where the fan is sparked when I tried to plug in my computer, there are no metal cooking utensils in the kitchen, cabinet space is extremely limited, we had maintenance there for the dishwasher and the fridge within the first few days we were thee, not full compliment of silverware; the plates don't fit into the dishwasher...I could go on, but this should be enough to get some upgrading done...

Overall satisfaction. The sheetrock could use some work in several places. The umbrella reservation is the worst. I shouldn't have to wake up at the crack of dawn to reserve a good spot. First come first serve would be the best. After all, I am on vacation. I should be able to sleep in. Other than that, I love HSRC!

We had a great time

This is our third time staying at the Holiday Surf and Racquet club and we are always happy with the property. The location is amazing and we like having chair service. The condo was nice but the master bed wasn't super comfortable.

Perfect View

Our family had a great time! I will for sure be staying at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club in the future. That being said I'm not sure that I would stay in 520 again. There were a few things with 520 that I didn't like at all. First thing was with all the hype about being clean this condo could have been much cleaner. The floor was so dirty that my niece walked across the condo and her feet were black...GROSS. The kitchen cabinet knobs had sticky food on some of them and I found dust and hair on the side table in the living room area. All of the beds in the condo need to be replaced as we woke up every morning in a lot of pain due to the mattress in the master being horrible. The bed felt like it was going to fall apart. The same with the twin beds in the guest room. The appliances need an update big time. One of the eyes on the stove didn't work. The refrigerator had rust and dried food or something all over the side. So while I LOVED the resort I probably would not book this specific unit again. Although I would not say that I was entirely unhappy. It was quiet and everyone was so nice.

Holiday Surf and Racket club the best experience!!

First time in Destin Florida it was a one off the most nicest places we ever been our rental was very clean with a beautiful view of the ocean I can wish I can leave there forever!!!We can’t wait to come back !!!

You just have to experience the Destin Beaches one time to be hooked. Hurry Back. October is Fabulous.

The location fit 6 people easily and the location was perfect. Great view of the beach, close to the pool and tennis courts. We arrived early and the staff was not the most friendly/helpful. We were not allowed to check in until after 4:30 even though it says 4PM. Our dishwasher and balcony door were both broken in the unit (useable, but not easy to use).
