The guest bedroom is equally welcoming, featuring a second king-size bed, both a ceiling fan and standing floor fan, and a 51-inch TV. The nearby guest bathroom includes a full bathtub, making it a great place to unwind after a day at the beach or to bathe little ones with ease.

With two king-size beds and additional sleeping accommodations, the condo comfortably accommodates up to eight guests, making it an excellent choice for families or groups traveling together.

Just outside, the property offers everything you need for a memorable beach vacation. Spend the day relaxing beside the community pool, enjoy a game of tennis or pickleball with equipment available at the front desk, or take the private boardwalk directly to the sugar-white sand and emerald Gulf waters.

From March 1 through October 31, your stay includes complimentary beach service with two beach chairs and one umbrella, set up and taken down daily by beach attendants. Simply arrive, settle into your reserved spot, and enjoy the day. Additional beach chairs and umbrellas are available to rent if needed.

The property also features two on-site laundry rooms with pay-per-use machines and scheduled towel exchange days for added convenience during your stay.

As an extra courtesy, the owners have chosen to provide additional beach chairs for guests to use when available. Because these are owner-provided extras rather than required amenities, availability may vary from stay to stay.

Family Vacay!

From reserving the condo to checking out the experience was super easy! We had condo 617 and the condo is beautiful but the view from that condo is amazing! I would definitely recommend this condo. Can't forget the pool that is always super clean and the pickleball/tennis courts and shuffleboard! We had a blast!

Holiday Surf --- you can't go wrong!

This is the second trip to Destin to stay at Holiday Surf. It was fantastic -- could not have been better! The condo we stayed in was spotless and totally perfect! The view from the balcony (which is important to my hubby) was great. The pool was very handy and the boardwalk down to the beach was exactly how we wanted! You can not go wrong staying here! And their staff --- great great people, always so helpful and friendly. And for me - a big check mark is that they remembered our names when we walked thru the lobby and always spoke to us! Wayne Ledbetter is a gem and a super star! But all of the staff and property was first class!

Beautiful place for vacation.

It was a pleasant stay here. The condominium has everything you need and very clean and organized. With direct access to the beach and a very suitable pool for the family. For me and my family it was one of the best places to visit. We will definitely go back to Destin Florida and we will stay here again. Also The people who work here are very kind.

I would suggest air conditioning for the elevators, it was hot in there. Also more opportunities to replace sheets and towels. Or be given more upfront

Overall, it was a good experience. We have been coming to Holiday Surf and Racquet Club for over 30 years! We love the easy beach access, and being on Holiday Isle away from the traffic of Highway 98. The mattresses need to be replaced. And the furniture in the living area stayed damp the entire time we were there.... Cleaning products, maybe?

Destin Vacation 2021

Our vacation rental place was great. It was reasonable priced, centrally located and nicely decorated. The bathtub in the master bedroom had a slow water drain problem, but this was the only we didn't like. Everything else worked as promised. The complementary set of beach chairs and umbrellas were very useful. The beach was top notch. Warm Emerald hued waters and sugar white sands.

Great Condo

This was our 5th or 6th time to stay at HSRC our our first time in Unit 617. We will definitely rent this again. Kitchen was fully stocked and they even had a crock pot! Beds were very very comfortable. My only complaint this trip was the lack of washers and dryers. The property was fully booked so it made it hard to find available washers and dryers. The property should think about putting in another laundry room on another floor.

Wonderful week at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club

We had a wonderful stay at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club in September. The place is well kept and right on the beach. Lovely views. Incredible beach. Destin is such a fun town. Loved the time we were there. The only improvement would be in regards to the internet. They were having problems and we were not able to connect to WIFI the whole week.

Wonderful place to stay!!!

When we walked in the door, it was just a big relief, I mean we saw pictures of the room but sometimes those can lie. Everything was clean and in order and it made our stay a great one, beautiful views from the living room and balcony. We will definitely be back to stay here, it made our vacation an easy and relaxing one, highly recommend anyone searching for a place to stay in Destin, this is it for us from here on out!!!

We loved the unit and the facility! Loved how relaxing it was and it wasn't crazy loud at night! We were extremely impressed with how clean the unit was when we arrived. We would have liked to exchange towels more than once and that is the ONLY thing we would change!
