The property looked exactly as advertised and was clean and modern. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our seventh-floor unit was directly over the pool, which I did not like as it was quite noisy, and we couldn't hear the ocean during pool hours. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

The rooms were very clean! We didn’t know it came with chairs and an umbrella so that was a pleasant surprise! We didn’t need to use the pullout bed in the living room, so I can’t comment on that. We did have an issue with the AC not going below 74, but we called downstairs and the maintenance man was so nice and able to fix it immediately! I would definitely recommend it!

We loved everything about this condo. It was just completely remodeled. The bed is super comfortable. The kitchen has everything including pots, pans, dishes, toaster, blender, full sized stove/oven, microwave, fridge w/ice maker. The LR has comfy leather furniture and the view of the pool & Gulf from the balcony is amazing. The A/C is great, loved the 2 TV’s & there are portable fans too. We definitely recommend this condo. Also the condo staff are all so kind and helpful.

The location was quiet and on a very beautiful beach. The condo was clean but a little out dated. It was very hard to figure out tv’s with three remotes and no directions.

Mixed weather but some spectacular days on the gulf. The condo was well appointed and beyond adequate. Any maintenance issues were addressed promptly and courteously. Please keep me on the snowbird mailing list with pricing and availability.

We were fortunate enough to have our adult children and their families all together for several days. We rented 3 condos on the same floor. Each one was perfectly suited to our needs. We will definitely be back! While we were there, we had a gender reveal for our 2nd gbaby. The front desk staff was so helpful & even opened the business center so we could all gather together & celebrate. The entire staff was so kind!! Thank you for making our family feel so welcome!

My family loved our experience, only problem was the ac wasn’t working & it had an odd smell in our room. I always bring bring cleaning products although the room was clean I wanted to do away with the smell. The view was beautiful & staff was really nice!

We were very impressed with the rental and grateful to discover that two chairs and an umbrella came with the rental. It made it very convenient for us with our toddler.
Bring your own coffee filters, salt and pepper... Surprised to find out that they didn't provide a starter.

Super comfy place, cozy & very clean. Smelled great on entering! Comfy bed, clean kitchen with everything we needed. Beautiful view, not so private on corner deck but it was also very nice & quiet. Gorgeous beach! Would stay again!

Overall we were very pleased with our HSRC rental experience. The unit was nice, the patio furniture was in need of being replaced, but other than that it was great. The beach service was amazing. Very close to some great restaurants. We would stay there again.

Location: top notch! Great distance to the boardwalk and the beach is pristine.
Rooms: definitely outdated, but has what you need. A cosmetic remodel would really go a long way.

Unit was tucked in the corner “V” of the structure, so there was very little, if any excessive noise from neighboring units. It was not only spotless, but also had a fresh and clean scent throughout. Our view of the gulf was outstanding and the first couple of days it was a dolphin paradise. We spent nearly every day on the beach due to the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella that we have never received from other condos in the Destin area. The gulf got a bit treacherous from Tuesday on, but just sitting down in front of it was all we needed after over a year of being cooped up and working at home. Local restaurants were within five to ten minutes at the most and we love having a traffic light back onto FL-98 as traffic can be a bit much from time to time. This was the fifth or sixth different complex we have stayed at in Destin and we couldn’t have been happier or expected much more. Our only regret was having to pack up and head back north on Sunday. We will be returning to Destin and look to make it our permanent home within the next few years or so.

My wife and I stayed in 712. It is a super nice and clean condo with nice décor. We stayed a total of 5 nights and we were very happy with our experience. The view from the 7th floor is amazing. The king bed was very comfortable and easy to sleep in. Kitchen appliances look newer and worked great for making meals. We hope to stay again sometime soon!

The condo was nice and well maintained. Upgraded kitchen from the pictures shown. Facility was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful despite showing up hours after a hurricane made landfall to the west of there.

Cozy Condo with A View

We immediately felt at home here. I loved the decor especially the turtle tray in the bedroom and all the shells. I enjoyed having coffee in the recliner in the mornings while enjoying the view. The condo was very clean and I could tell the owners take pride in their property. It was very quiet at night and the bed comfy. Funny story...we kept hearing loud booms around dark every night. On our last night my hubs and I was fed up and walked outside to see what the commotion was about. To our surprise fireworks were being shot out over the bay. It was beautiful and a nice way to end our vacation.
Things that need work: complimentary beach chair service needs improvement. That’s not the owners fault and to be fair the service had just started back up again due to being closed for covid so they were still working out the kinks of the 6 ft distance between chairs etc etc.
We will definitely stay here again. Resort staff was so friendly and helpful and I felt safe going out to the pool and beach alone if my hubs wanted to stay in. We loved this place! See you next year!

We loved the place where we stayed in. The condo unit was clean and comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and extended for one more night. The balcony has a great ocean view, i loved every bit of it. One morning, we went to the seashore watching the waves while drinking coffee. It was so peaceful and an incredible morning! Their staffs were all friendly and accommodating as well. Just some few glitches while we stayed were the gate code was not working everytime we come back to the condo and we did not able to get fresh towels which you are supposed to get them from another floor, unlike in hotels that housekeeping will knock on the door to do cleaning everday (they don’t do it in their condo).
But still, I highly recommend this unit. We will definitely come back and stay in Holiday surf and racquet club!

Arriving late Sunday night to a gated community and greeted promptly from a very nice staff member whose girth would make anyone feel safe! He was like a gentle giant. We arrived and room was beyond satisfactory on cleanliness, fresh linens. The bathroom is extremely small and to sit on the toilet the door has to be closed. We would have liked sharper steak knives in the kitchen. We went to the Winn Dixie which was only 9 minutes away by car. The grocery was expensive but we managed to fix all our meals at the condo so we wouldn’t have to fight the crowds at restaurants. We did go to Louisiana Lagnippe and it was excellent! It is just off the Gulf Shore drive at Sand Piper cove. I felt as if I was on a movie set with the yacht’s and the sunset views. However I would recommend this condo to my friends and family and I will also try to book in January for my 50th birthday. The umbrellas and chairs on the beach are a real treat! They are included and the chair slingers Scott and Russ are top notch courteous and super accommodating. Get out early and tag your chairs and enjoy the beautiful beach! I loved that the bedrooms were away from the pool area so you can sleep well. The pool remained packed but the curfew of 10 pm was acknowledged and so appreciated. The rental includes complimentary dvd rentals daily. I wish I had taken advantage of the free daily dolphin cruise and fishing one free per person per day stay. It would be like buy one get one free if my husband liked doing this kind of thing. I should have went by myself,
I would avoid the harborwalk village tourist trap at the Emerald Coast. That wasn’t fun for me and it felt like a county fair. If you like that kind of thing go for it, they have zip line and some other attractions, paying $10 to park is a rip off. You should get a free appetizer or something.
The other restaurant I liked was Harbor Docks for lunch. They own their own fishing boats and supply the rest of the restaurants with

This location was awesome! My girls and I really enjoyed watching the dolphins in the mornings. The beach location was a great spot! The property needs some updating, like new beach chairs (some were falling apart, furniture, maybe some upgrades, the pool area was being worked on while we were there. Definitely walk with your own supplies or be prepared to buy your own when you get there (i.e. extra toilet paper, etc.) All in all it was a great stay and it worked for us, especially as a last minute option. I would stay here again because the location was awesome!!!

We had reserved a room on first floor. When we arrived, there was major updating going on with the whole complex. Our patio door was blocked with scaffolding and parking lot outside our door was full of materials and equipment. Not acceptable. We were moved to this condo on the 7th floor which we didn't think we'd like since we always request 1st floor. It was absolutely beautiful. The condo, the view, everything. We won't rent first floor ever again after staying here. Very well supplied kitchen, comfortable furniture and bed. Great place for your next stay!
