Beautiful condo with beautiful view of the gulf. We stayed a week and wish we could've stayed longer. We had everything we needed, and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

The stay was enjoyable. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The room was clean but very dated.

As of 2023, we have a 3-tier pricing system to give guests options for unit upgrades and pricing. The less updated units are less money, the more updated units are more money, and there is only a small jump in rates between the tiers. Unit 719 is a premium unit, or middle tier. If you are wanting something more updated, you could try a luxury unit for your next visit. The front desk is also available to help you navigate the options to choose exactly what you want, just call them at. We hope to see you back again soon!

Room 719 at Holiday Surf and Racket was very nice with great views from the top floor. Had been 13 years since visiting Destin, just needing a few relaxing days at the beach, it did not disappoint! Good seafood, fishing with Hooked Charters inshore, and day of golf. Got to spend a lot of time with my son also, he is currently living in Destin.

Great views! We loved the beach service and the heated pool. The only thing is that our unit could use a few tiny updates. The shower head had pretty low pressure, outdated couch, our handbook had some incorrect information about linen exchanges so we missed that which was a little inconvenient, and the blender didn’t work, but we didn’t notice that until the last night. But I realize these are things for the owner to handle, not the staff at the resort. I can’t say enough good things about how friendly and kind the staff was! We also loved how quiet and peaceful it was, we were worried it would be paper thin walls and noisy, but it was the exact opposite. We will definitely be returning next year!

HSRC is an awesome “Destin” ation. We have been staying here for about 10 years and are never disappointed. Unit 719 has a great view and everything you need to make for a great stay. It’s a little dated, could use a face lift but the kitchen is so well equipped this foody lacked for nothing.

Condo appeared to be recently updated and had all the amenities you would need. There are bell carts and grocery carts near the entrances to assist with luggage and shopped items. This resort is close to shopping and a plethora of restaurants. The grounds were very clean and the staff made you feel at home.

Great experience as always at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club. A/C was not working when we arrived. Within one hour problem was fixed and everyone was extremely professional and apologized for the problem. The unit was clean and the view was spectacular. The front desk very very helpful and the beach chair/umbrella guy was great. He goes out of his way to be helpful and handle situations immediately. As we spent most of our time on the beach his helpful friendly attitude was pretty awesome.

The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The entire property was kept clean and quiet as well. The location was perfect—just off the main strip but not right in the middle of the noise. The beach was beautiful and it was so nice to have hairs and umbrellas waiting for you each day. The staff was friendly. I would stay here again.

Second time to stay at Holiday Surf & Racquet, though 2 different units. Beach service is a plus, though can be crowded at times. Location was convenient to restaurants and activities. #719 was updated and met our needs. Morning sun is brutal in the bedroom window. Free DVD rental is a nice plus. Parking is great. Restaurant recommendations are: Boshamps, Callahans, The Local Market& McGuire's Irish Pub. Segway rental place is fantastic! Highly recommend and look forward to coming back to HS&R!

This was our first time to stay at the Holiday Surf and Racquet Club as well as to visit Destin. We were a little hesitant because many times the accomodations are not as advertised. So we were prepared to lower our expectations just a little. What a pleasant surprise. From the moment we arrived everything was exactly as we had expected. Check in was easy, staff very friendly and helpful and the property was beautiful. The room had a fantastic view and was very clean which is not always the case we have found at other properties. We stayed 5 nights and thouroughly enjoyed every minute. We have zero complaints and nothing but good things to say about the entire stay. We will be booking again for next year , or sooner. We and highly recommend this facility for anyone looking to experience the Destin beach. Also I have to mention the guys doing the setup everyday for the chairs and umbrellas. Absolutely super people, friendly, professional could not have been anymore helpful or accomodating. Thanks Russell and Scott for making the beach so enjoyable. Overall 5 stars for the staff and 5 stars for the Condo as a whole. can't wait to book again.

This was the cleanest place I have ever rented. It had a great view of the ocean and you could sit on the patio and watch the dolphins play out in the ocean. The free chairs and umbrella was also wonderful. They where set up everyday and ready for use. The lobby has free video rentals just like a Redbox with new releases. I would go back to this vacation rental !!!

It had a great view. As soon as we got to our room, we could see dolphins in the water. The condo was very nice overall.. My only complaint is that the chain lock on the door was broke. The condo comes with a little tag that you take down to the beach and they give you two chairs and an umbrella (which was awesome and my favorite thing about the whole trip).

Very comfortable stay. Beautiful view of the ocean. Like the fact that there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas on the beach. Love the location of the property. It is very close to many excellent restaurants and Target.
Kitchen is equipped with everything if wanting to stay in and cook. Only thing is that it was noisy in the night with some knocking sounds which make it hard for my husband to fall asleep. But overall a pleasant stay and we will definitely come back again.

My only compliant was with management. With a Hurricane coming they offered no refund. When I asked for extra towels I was told housing keeping does towels on Thursday and Sunday, but they would se what they could do.

This condo was very warm, welcoming and updated. It was well stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable accommodating stay. The view was perfect to enjoy the ocean and sunsets. The entire location was well maintained, convenient to entertainment and restaurants. Staff was polite and helpful. We found the week totally relaxing. We've returned here numerous times over the past 30 years.

We had a wonderful time. The room was perfect for us. We just wish we could've stayed longer. We will return . The balcony floor could have been cleaner. However, I could see where it could get overlooked. Everything was great, the staff was great. The location was easy to find. Good job!
