Located on the 7th and highest floor of the building, and tucked toward the end of the hallway, this inviting retreat offers a little extra privacy with less foot traffic while placing you even closer to the sparkling emerald waters.

From the moment you walk in, you'll appreciate the bright, airy atmosphere. Hardwood-look flooring flows throughout the condo, complementing the clean, modern design and creating a warm, welcoming space that's perfect for relaxing after a day on the beach.

The thoughtfully updated kitchen is equipped with everything you need for easy vacation dining, including both a traditional drip coffee maker and a Keurig, along with the basic essentials for preparing meals, snacks, or your morning cup of coffee before heading out to the sand.

The open living area is designed for comfort and connection, featuring a reclining chair, a ceiling fan, and a sleeper sofa that allows accommodations for up to six guests. Gather together for movie night on the 65-inch TV with a DVD player, or simply unwind while the natural light and coastal views set the tone for a relaxing evening.

The primary suite offers a peaceful escape with a king-size bed, ceiling fan, standing floor fan, and a 32-inch TV. The beautifully renovated en-suite bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower, providing a refreshing, spa-like place to rinse away the sand after a day by the Gulf.

The guest bedroom is ideal for families, featuring a bunk bed with a twin on top and a queen on the bottom, along with a ceiling fan and a 31-inch TV. The nearby guest bathroom includes a tub and shower combination, making it equally convenient for a relaxing soak or bath time after a fun-filled day at the beach.

Outside, the vacation continues with everything this beachfront property has to offer. Spend your afternoons lounging by the pool, enjoy a friendly game of tennis or pickleball with complimentary equipment available from the front desk, or follow the private boardwalk straight to the sugar-white sand and emerald Gulf waters.

Your stay also includes two complimentary beach chairs and one beach umbrella from March 1 through October 31. Beach attendants will have everything set up for you each morning and take it down each evening, so you can simply arrive and enjoy your day by the water. Additional chairs and umbrellas are available to rent if needed.

For added convenience, the property features two on-site laundry rooms with pay-per-use washers and dryers, along with towel exchange on designated days during your stay.

This unit has an amazing view. We really enjoyed the beach service. This is our second year at this property but first for this unit. The mirrors in the picture make the unit look bigger than it actually is. The fan in the living area did not work. We were told we would get a call to get it fixed never happened.

We have stayed in this unit before. My dad likes it because it’s one of few that has a recliner in the living room. He has to sleep sitting up so he sleeps in a recliner. He said he wished they would get a new one. I sat in it and it was kinda “lumpy” feeling. Other than that I wouldn’t change a thing! We will be back next year for sure! (Hopefully with a new recliner in the living room)

7th summer in a row to vacation at Holiday Surf and Raquet

We have NEVER had any issues at HSR. It is our absolute favorite.
However, we had a toilet that didn’t flush. According to the front desk a work order was submitted before we even got there. They assured us that it would be fixed first thing in the morning. That did not happen.
The desk told me there was only one maintenance person, but only 1 toilet for 4 people is not easy or acceptable which is why we paid for 2 bathrooms.
My husband ended up fixing it and we didn’t hear anything at all again from the desk or the maintenance person the rest of the week. Other than that the condo was great.

Our condo was overall very nice. The kitchen was nicely appointed although could be upgraded a bit but can't really complain as interior was nicely decorated and view was outstanding.

The location and the condo was perfect. Right on the beach and close to all the shops and restaurants. The unit was beautifully and tastefully decorated. The unit was very clean and updated. I felt like I was in a 5 star hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you're going to Destin, I would highly recommend this property. You will feel like you're in paradise.There's nothing more peaceful than sitting on the balcony at night listening to the waves. I will definitely return and stay in unit 720. I will never stay anywhere else when I vacation in Destin.

Satisfied Snowbird Renter for Many Years

Excellent. We are snowbirds at Holiday Surf for 2 and 1/2 months. We have stayed in this particular unit for the past 3 winters. Very nice and well equipped unit. Great view from the balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had to deal with some maintenance projects going on during our stay, but worth it in order to maintain the excellent condition of this property. We have stayed in various units in this property for more than 40 years. Have always enjoyed our stays, whatever time of year.

Room 720

Everything looked so clean and new, as if we were the first to ever stay there. I had a perfect view of the beach and ocean. I sat on the balcony every morning to watch the sunrise. The furniture and decor was very nice, looked highend to me. I could not believe the amount of dishes and utensils and everything you could think of to cook and serve with. Full size fridge, oven and dishwasher, was just like home, but better! Can't wait til next time!

Clean & Cozy, but needs Update

The pictures for this unit are deceptive; it was much smaller than perceived, especially the balcony. Both bathrooms are in dire need of a more modern update; the fiberglass tub and plastic shower curtains needs to go!! The sink basin and countertops were small. The spare toilet tank refill valve was broken, (toilet ran constantly after flush), but was fixed during our stay. Also, the TiVo box was not working for the main TV, (none of the channels on menu could be seen), which was also fixed during our stay.

Great place! Gotta watch out for tagged umbrella/chair set ups!

Our family has been going to Destin and staying at Holiday Surf and Raquet Club for over 10 years. It is always a great time and vacation. The staff is always friendly and this year was no different. New umbrella/chair company has taken over from long time man Scott. Nice young men but way too much drama and lazy guests that slip them money to get a better spot. Witnessed this each and every day for people who didnt want to walk down a bit to get an open set up, paid the guys to switch or pull tags from a tagged set up. This is not good business and really put a damper on this portion of the vacation. This never happened to our family because once we got up early obtained a set up, there was always a family member there to make sure lazy guests or the new umbrella men didn’t remove our tags. Certainly won’t deter us from visiting again but again disappointing this is happening. Also, had an issue with door lock on unit but staff fixed quickly.

Loved our stay

We stayed during the Thanksgiving time period. The accommodations were wonderful. Everything was clean and updated. The view was perfect for sunsets with great furniture on the balcony that allowed the railing to not interfere with the view. Inside the condo had all of the latest amenities and comfortable seating for the family.

We got to Destin for fall break late on a Saturday, just as Hurricane Michael was ratcheting up. We were supposed to stay through the next Saturday. We got one good day on the beach (which is better than a good day almost anywhere else!) Then the evacuations began. SUCH a disappointment when you look so forward to something for an entire year. We had not bought trip insurance, and believed we were about to lose our remaining four nights' stay. But Holiday Surf offered us a four night credit--which they did NOT have to do--and we were just so grateful. We love this place. They have always been very good to us, amazing customer service--and we will be back next year, as always. Thank you guys so much!

Another Great Vacation

This condo was the best yet! Beautiful rooms and kitchen was fabulous.Cleanest and friendliest surroundings you can find. Surf was too rough to get in the water but there are sooo many other things to do. We WILL be back!

This was our sixth visit in the last five years. We love coming here. The unit 720 was really nice with a great view of the beach and Gulf. The beds in the unit were comfy and provided a great night's sleep. My wife uses the pool daily which is always well maintained and clean. We visited the Harbor Walk like we always do and many of the local restaurants, including McGuires (good burgers) and Pompano Joes (yummy Coconut Shrimp and good views). We will definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative.

Really liked the condo. Well furnished, comfortable beds, great view from balcony. Complex is very convenient, with short walk to beach. Jetty area is walking distance down beach to the west. There is supposed to be a good snorkling spot near there, but I didn't get a chance to try it.
